WHY YOU ARE HERE

NO-IMMUNITY.ORG exists for one central purpose: to bring an end to judicial immunity and restore accountability to the judiciary.

No public official should be beyond accountability for unlawful conduct simply because of the office that official holds. Judicial power, like every other power of government, is derived from We the People and remains subject to the Constitution and the law.

This site presents the Constitution, statutes, judicial decisions, historical authorities, and other primary sources so you can examine the evidence and reach your own conclusion.
